Workshop Manager – Automobile Industry

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily workshop operations and vehicle workflow.
Lead and monitor technicians, Service Advisors, and workshop staff.
Ensure timely vehicle repair, delivery, and quality standards.
Monitor workshop productivity, labour revenue, TAT, and profitability.
Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
Coordinate with Parts, Bodyshop, Insurance, and Service teams.
Monitor pending jobs and ensure timely closure.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare and review daily/monthly workshop performance reports.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
5–10 years of relevant automobile workshop experience.
Strong leadership, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
