Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international chat support.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, billing, or accounts.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a qualified and friendly tone throughout chat interactions.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Meet defined productivity, quality, response-time, and customer-satisfaction targets.
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Protect customer information and follow data-security procedures.

Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
Solid customer-service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.




Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Comfortable using CRM, email, and chat-support tools.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts, including weekends if required.

Educational Qualification
Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
Freshers can apply if they have strong communication skills.
