Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and service requests through international email support.
Respond to emails professionally and within the defined turnaround time.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
Make or receive occasional calls for clarification, verification, or issue resolution.
Maintain a skilled tone in both written and verbal communication.
Update customer information and interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and data-security procedures.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer-service targets.

Required Skills
Excellent written and spoken English.
Valuable email-writing and grammar skills.
Basic to good communication skills for occasional calls.
Good typing and computer skills.




Solid customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work with international customers.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.

Qualification
Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in international email, chat, or semi-voice support is an advantage.
