Trainee Product Sales executive - International

Moon Technolabs is hiring a Trainee Product Sales executive at Sola, Ahmedabad. We are looking for a candidate with excellent English communication, professional email writing skills, and an interest in software sales.

Position Details:
Job Type: Full time
Shift: US Shift (6 PM – 4 AM)
Working Hours: 9 Hours, 6 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational as per availability
Client Communication: Yes, Required

Key Responsibilities
Communicate fluently with clients and draft skilled business emails.
Follow up on leads, generate sales, and conduct product demonstrations.
Understand client workflows and demonstrate how Moon Invoice meets their needs.
Manage sales pipelines, CRM records, call logs,



and email interactions.
Maintain customer relationships, resolve issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
Identify upselling opportunities with existing customers.

Requirements
Excellent English communication and email writing skills.
Basic understanding of technical terms and software troubleshooting.
Software sales and CRM experience is an advantage.
Solid multitasking, prioritization, and sales skills.
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and screen-sharing tools.
