About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Insurance Tele Sales who can manage a telesales team, drive sales performance, and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of insurance telesales executives.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track individual and team performance.
Provide regular coaching and guidance to improve sales conversions.
Monitor calls and ensure quality customer interactions.
Assist team members with customer queries and sales closures.




Handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
Prepare and share regular sales performance reports.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling.
Prior experience in insurance telesales/sales preferred.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Good leadership and people-management abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales workplace.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
