We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, explain our products/services, and generate recent business opportunities. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable products/services.
Generate and maintain customer leads through telephone calls.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/business development team.
Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Coordinate with the sales team for converting leads into business.
Follow up regularly with customers until the enquiry is closed.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Provide feedback regarding customer requirements and market responses.
