Role & responsibilities
Understand and follow SOPs, process sheets, work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
Assist in achieving daily production and productivity targets.
Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities or deviations to the concerned senior.
Ensure proper handling, identification, and traceability of components and finished products.
Maintain production records, checklists, and other relevant documentation.
Assist in bearing assembly and packing operations.
Ensure adherence to defined assembly methods and work instructions.
Support manpower utilization and production planning at the shop-floor level.
Ensure proper handling and identification of finished bearings.
Develop basic understanding of CNC / conventional machining, tooling, and inspection.
Support tool-change and machine-related activities under supervision.
Assist in controlling rejection, rework, and process losses.
Report machine abnormalities and coordinate with the concerned team.
