Key Responsibilities
Conduct Performance Validation & On Road Endurance
Coordinate and manage all vehicle testing activities.
Analyze test data, results, and reports.
Troubleshooting test vehicles and failure investigation.
Recommend alternative evaluation and validation methods when required.
Monitor test progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
Track and communicate the status of DRT testing activities.
Coordinate with CMVR testing, Homologation, and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable testing procedures, standards, and requirements.
Support the investigation and resolution of test-related issues.
Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and practices.

Additional Responsibilities




Maintaining documents for audits.
Contribution to process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the department

Technical Skills
Knowledge of vehicle testing methodologies and evaluation techniques.
Proficiency in test data analysis and report preparation.
Working knowledge of Power Apps, Python, AI tools, or other digital automation platforms.
Familiarity with automotive standards, regulations, and validation processes.

Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering

Experience Required

2 - 5 years in vehicle testing and validation.
