Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-skilled Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/customers, providing information about our courses and services, answering queries, and following up with leads.

Immediate Joiners needed

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
Explain courses, programs, fees, and other relevant information clearly.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert potential leads into admissions/enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Meet assigned daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with prospective students.




Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams when required.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Friendly, confident, and qualified telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or education counselling is preferred.
Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
