WANTED - TELECALLER EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Schedule appointments or arrange product/service demonstrations.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the BDE/Sales Team for further follow-up.
Prepare daily productivity reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.




Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Tamil/English communication preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
