We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Manage and motivate warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for shipments and inventory.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and solve operational challenges.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Logistics Management

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
