Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Industrial Automation
Train students on PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors and Industrial

Communication
Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations and project-based learning
Simplify complex technical concepts and make learning application-

oriented
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
Mentor and motivate students towards career readiness




Maintain training documentation and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Industrial Automation systems and applications
Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors &

Instrumentation
Good communication, presentation and training skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner
Robust mentoring and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching and student development

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:

Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Industrial Automation or related disciplines
