Make and receive calls from customers regarding insurance enquiries.
Explain insurance products, coverage, premium, and policy details to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance quotations.
Follow up with customers for quotation, payment, renewal, and policy issuance.
Maintain customer details and update call/follow-up status in Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with the insurance operations and sales team to complete customer requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
