Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding insurance products and services.
Communicate with customers in fluent Tamil
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products based on their needs.
Generate and follow up on leads through regular telephone communication.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance policies.
Maintain proper records of customer calls, follow-ups, leads, and activities.
Schedule follow-up calls and ensure timely communication with interested customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and maintain skilled communication.
Coordinate With operations teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
Follow company guidelines, calling scripts, and applicable related procedures.
Maintain customer confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.

Required Skills
Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.




Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Ability to explain information clearly over the phone.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to update customer information.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, are preferred.
Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Should have patience, a positive attitude, and good listening skills.
Willingness to work towards performance targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
