Telecallers initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients in order to generate sales. Given their reliance on spoken language, telecallers ought to display excellent verbal communication.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from assigned databases to pitch products or services.
Handle inbound customer calls, address queries professionally, and route complex cases to the appropriate departments.
Follow predefined sales scripts while adapting conversations naturally to meet customer needs.
Nurture prospects through strategic follow-up calls to move them successfully through the sales funnel.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the direct sales team.

Data & Performance Management
Maintain exact call logs and update the company CRM tool with accurate customer records.
Achieve daily and weekly targets regarding call volumes, dial time, and lead conversions.
Track payment schedules or overdue reminders if support is needed for collection operations.




Gather qualitative feedback from customer interactions to share with product and marketing divisions.

Key Skills & Competencies Communication & Soft Skills
Verbal clarity: Transparent pronunciation and an engaging phone presence.
Active listening: Ability to identify underlying customer pain points.
Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills to turn cold calls into concrete opportunities.
Resilience: Emotional patience to manage high-pressure environments and customer rejections gracefully.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma, higher secondary certificate, or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience as a telecaller, customer support representative, or telemarketing agent is highly desirable. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Languages: Fluency in English and the regional/local language of the target market.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
