Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the team to achieve daily operational targets.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
Resolve day-to-day team issues and maintain a positive work workplace.
Prepare basic daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure work is completed efficiently and within the given timelines.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to manage and motivate team members.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
