Industry: Food / FMCG Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and supervise Tetra Pak filling & packaging line operations.
Ensure production targets, line efficiency, and minimum downtime.
Monitor machine operation, changeovers, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, food safety & SOPs .
Maintain shift/production records and control wastage.
Supervise and manage line operators and manpower.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Tetra Pak machines/lines is mandatory.
Experience in Food, Dairy, Beverage, or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
Solid troubleshooting, leadership, and team-management skills.
