Job Title: Team Leader – Banking Sales

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and support a sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Assign leads and monitor daily team activities.
Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
Follow up on leads and support the team in customer conversion.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Provide training and coaching to new and existing team members.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager and internal teams.
Ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of customer applications.




Prepare and share daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
Previous team-handling experience is preferred.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Robust customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
