Job Role

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive who can speak confidently with customers, understand their requirements, and help generate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Call potential and existing customers and explain our products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Handle customer questions professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly sales and calling targets.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
