Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across various positions.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are achieved.
Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the recruitment process.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess communication, experience, and suitability.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures against client requirements.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and provide suitable profiles.
Track recruitment performance, interview status, joining ratios, and closures.
Train team members on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in team handling.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Robust Hindi communication skills; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.




Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Ability to manage recruitment targets and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
Confident, proactive, and capable of independently handling client requirements.
Experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms will be preferred.
Candidates with prior experience as Senior Recruiter, Recruitment Team Lead, or Team Leader Recruitment are preferred.
