Position: HR Executive – U.S. HR Operations

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Shift: U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee onboarding and employment documentation.
Assist with Form I-9 and E-Verify processes as part of U.S. employee onboarding.
Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with candidates/employees for pending documents and onboarding requirements.
Coordinate with clients and candidates regarding documentation, onboarding, employment status, and required follow-ups.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HRIS/HRMS systems.
Support U.S. HR Operations and compliance activities.
Assist with perks and insurance coordination.
Provide payroll-related HR support and employee updates.
Maintain employee records, trackers, reports, and HR documentation.




Support employee lifecycle activities, including joining, transfers, extensions, and offboarding.
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely completion of onboarding and documentation requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
Freshers Only
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Knowledge/interest in U.S. HR Operations, Onboarding, Offboarding, Compliance & Benefits preferred
Basic understanding of I-9 and E-Verify is an advantage
Valuable English communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook
HRIS/HRMS knowledge is an advantage
Robust attention to detail, documentation, confidentiality & coordination skills
Valuable follow-up and communication skills
Must be willing to work U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
