Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement the Annual Training Calendar based on TNI and competency gaps.
Drive DOJO, OJT (On-the-Job Training) and structured technical training programs.
Manage Skill Matrix, Competency Mapping, Training Need Identification (TNI) and gap analysis.
Coordinate technical, behavioural, safety, statutory and functional training programs.
Develop training modules, work instructions and training materials in coordination with technical teams.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and post-training performance.
Coordinate with internal trainers, external consultants and training vendors.
Maintain training records and ensure ISO/IMS training compliance.
Support multiskilling, cross-functional training, job rotation and competency development initiatives.
Prepare Training MIS, dashboards and management reports and drive continuous improvement in L&D.;
