Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for UAE and GCC-based clients from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage contract and contract-to-hire (C2H) positions, ensuring quick turnaround and quality submissions.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn), referrals, and headhunting.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, verifying relocation readiness and visa status.
Negotiate offers, finalize contracts, and coordinate with clients for onboarding and documentation.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring UAE requirements.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa regulations.
Build solid client relationships through timely updates and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE / GCC recruitment.




Robust exposure to contract and C2H hiring for IT and Non-IT roles.
Proven experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster Gulf, and social platforms.
Excellent understanding of UAE job market, visa types, and salary structures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
