Technical Delivery Manager (Java Preferred)

Location: Navalur, Chennai - Onsite

Exp Required: 15+ yrs

Must have prior overseas/onsite experience (USA / UK/ Europe / Middle East) or someone open to relocate from overseas.

nResponsibilities

n

n
Coordinate and manage teams working across offshore-onshore models, focusing on seamless collaboration
n
Facilitate understanding and implementation of Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications, Kafka architectures and APIs
n
Analyze sprint data to identify risks and ensure alignment with sprint goals
n
Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve challenges via coordination and strategic thinking
n
Assist with internal communication, improve transparency and drive information sharing
n




Contribute towards the enhancement of Agile practices within the organization
n
Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes and conflict resolution
n
Manage and coordinate release/versioning processes effectively
n
Support technical navigation of EDM end-to-end implementations
n

nQualifications

n

n
15 to 18 years of skilled experience, with at least 10 years in Delivery Management and handling Fixed Budget Projects
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
n

nRequired Skills

n

n
Background in playing the Technical Delivery Management role for at least 4 years in software development teams
n
Expertise in .NET/Java technologies and Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications and Kafka architectures
n
Robust communication, facilitation and coaching competencies for guiding teams and stakeholders
n

nPreferred Skills

n
Prior overseas/onsite experience (USA / UK/ Europe / Middle East) or openness to relocate from overseas
