Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and qualified TGT – Physics to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-based Physics lessons, fostering scientific thinking, and supporting students in achieving robust academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Develop students’ conceptual understanding through practical activities, experiments, and real-world applications.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other academic resources.
Conduct laboratory activities while ensuring proper safety procedures.
Assess and monitor student learning, providing timely feedback and academic support.
Maintain accurate academic records and complete required documentation.
Support students with differentiated learning strategies based on their individual needs.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, workshops, and other academic activities.
Collaborate with the Science Department and other teachers to enhance teaching and learning practices.
Contribute to curriculum development,



academic planning, and enrichment activities.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplace.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics / Science with a recognised teaching qualification.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
Experience teaching Physics at the Middle School / Secondary level.
Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of practical Physics and laboratory procedures.
Candidates with experience in CBSE / ICSE / Cambridge / IB or other international curricula will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
