Role & responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
Lead and mentor a team of 20 - 30 warehouse executives/associates.
Monitor team productivity, attendance, manpower deployment and shift performance.
Drive KRA/KPI, SLA and productivity targets.
Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize inventory discrepancies.
Monitor warehouse operations through WMS/ERP systems.
Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports.
Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, hygiene and security standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and order fulfilment issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
