Role: Junior UI/UX Designer
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Location: In office

We are looking for a creative Junior UI/UX Designer to design user-friendly websites and mobile apps. You will collaborate with senior designers and developers to turn complex concepts into beautiful, intuitive layouts and functional interfaces.Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design: Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
User Research: Participate in user research, create user personas, and map out customer journeys.
Testing & Feedback: Assist in usability testing and use real user feedback to iterate on designs.
Design Systems: Maintain and update the company’s internal design guidelines, typography, and icon libraries.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure the final product matches the approved design mockups.

Requirements
Education: Degree/Diploma in Design,



Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience. A strong digital portfolio is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Positive understanding of wireframing, high-fidelity design, and interactive prototyping.
Basic knowledge of grid systems, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
Familiarity with responsive web design and mobile OS guidelines (iOS/Android).
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to explain design decisions, and an eye for pixel-perfect details.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
