Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Backend with solid expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native backend applications. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, mentor engineering teams, establish development best practices, and collaborate with product, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead backend application design, architecture, and development using Python and FastAPI.
Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Build cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
Define technical standards, coding practices, and architecture guidelines.
Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to development teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI teams, and DevOps engineers.
Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.




Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Ensure application monitoring, logging, and observability.
Participate in technical estimation, sprint planning, and project delivery.
Resolve production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.
Drive modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
