:Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and English be comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls, and possess a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make 120–150 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and daily sales reports in the CRM.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion prospects.





Required Skills & Qualifications
0–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Fluency in Hindi, English and Kannada (spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of Marathi or any other regional language will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven setting.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
