Job Title: Telecaller cum Social Media Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller who can effectively interact with customers and prospects in Hindi, English, and Telugu. The candidate should be comfortable handling CRM tools, making outbound calls, following up with leads, and creating short videos/reels for social media promotion and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain call reports.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Create engaging short videos, reels, and promotional content for social media platforms.
Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and campaigns.
Track and update lead status in CRM tools regularly.





Mandatory Requirements

Communication Skills

Fluent in: Hindi English and Telugu

CRM Knowledge

Experience with any CRM tool such as:
Zoho CRM
Salesforce
HubSpot
Freshsales
LeadSquared
Any similar CRM platform

Social Media Skills
Comfortable appearing in videos and speaking on camera.
Ability to create short videos/reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Basic understanding of social media trends and content creation.

Preferred Qualifications Graduate or Undergraduate.

0.6 to 5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.

Valuable presentation and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
