Lead, manage, and motivate the immigration sales team.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Set individual targets for team members and monitor performance regularly.
Drive lead conversion and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
Train and guide team members to improve their sales performance.
Develop effective strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Handle key clients and support the team in closing leads.
Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
Handle client escalations and assist in resolving sales-related issues.
Coordinate with the processing team for successful client conversion and handover.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Ensure discipline and adherence to the company's sales process.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
