CTC:
TL – Up to ₹8 LPA
Sr. TL – Up to ₹9 LPA

Eligibility & Requirements:
Immediate Joiners Only
Joining Batch: 29th September
Graduation is mandatory.
Prior experience in Voice / Technical Support process.
Hardware support experience (Desktop/Laptop) is preferred.
For Sr. TL: Minimum 4 years of Team Leader experience on paper is mandatory.
Candidates should be comfortable working in US shifts.
Willingness to work from Aundh, Pune.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the technical support voice team.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and SLA/KPI adherence.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
Drive operational targets and ensure smooth day-to-day process management.
