We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Residential Sales with 2 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm, preferably with strong knowledge of the North Bangalore market.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5–6 sales professionals.
Handle and distribute qualified Google leads.
Drive site visits, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Train, motivate, and support the sales team.
Maintain robust knowledge of North Bangalore residential projects.

Requirements
2 years of experience in a Real Estate CP firm.
Prior residential sales and team-handling experience.
Experience managing a team of 5–6 members.
Hands-on experience with Google leads.
Solid leadership, communication, and closing skills.
Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
