We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – .NET & Angular to lead the design, development and delivery of software applications.

The role requires a hands-on technical skilled who can independently own modules, guide developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues and work closely with business stakeholders.

Experience in the Real Estate domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development and maintenance of applications using .NET technologies and Angular.
Independently own and deliver application modules end-to-end.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and drive application performance and optimization.
Participate in technical estimations, sprint planning and delivery discussions.
Work closely with business and product stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions.

Required Skills
10–12 years of relevant software development experience.
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core/.NET and Web API.
Strong hands-on experience with Angular.




Positive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
Solid SQL Server skills, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, indexing and query/performance tuning.
Experience with REST APIs and Git.
Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience working in a team-lead or technical-lead capacity.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Own modules and technical deliverables independently.
Drive coding standards, best practices and technical quality.
Participate in architecture, estimation and technical discussions.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for requirements and delivery.

Qualification
