Job Title: Technical Manager – Server & Workstation

Location: Sector 15, Dwarka, New Delhi

Experience: 5–15 years

Qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000

Key Responsibilities
Handle overall technical activities related to servers and workstations.
Manage server and workstation assembly, configuration, testing, installation and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues involving CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, RAID, GPU, NIC and power supply.
Handle server operating-system installation and configuration, including Windows Server and Linux.
Manage rack-server and workstation deployment and technical support.
Coordinate technical teams and guide junior engineers/technicians.
Handle customer/site-level technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for technical support, replacement parts and RMA.
Perform testing, quality checks and fault diagnosis before system dispatch.
Maintain technical documentation, service reports and installation records.




Take responsibility for overall server and workstation technical operations.

Required Skills & Experience
5–15 years of relevant technical experience in servers, workstations, IT hardware or system integration.
Robust hands-on knowledge of server and workstation hardware.
Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Knowledge of RAID, HDD/SSD/NVMe, RAM, CPU, GPU, NIC and power systems.
Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing and switching.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux is practical.
Knowledge of virtualization such as VMware/Hyper-V is an advantage.
Ability to independently handle technical problems and lead technical activities.
Experience with OEM, system-integrator, data-centre or server environments is beneficial.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
