We are seeking a skilled Injection Tool Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining injection molds used in the production of plastic components. This role offers an exciting prospect to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate new injection molds according to engineering specifications and requirements.
Perform maintenance and repairs on existing molds to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with molds, making necessary adjustments and modifications.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to improve mold designs and optimize production processes.
Operate a variety of machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure molds meet quality standards and tolerances.
Document work performed, including repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a protected working environment.
