Core Responsibilities
Team Supervision &
Work Assignment:

Assign daily tasks, manage workflows, and monitor team productivity to match production schedules.
Quality Control &
Inspection:

Inspect welds for accuracy, defects, and strict adherence to blueprints, technical specs, and industry codes.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety protocols, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and report or resolve workplace hazards.
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor welding gear, tools, and gas supplies, ensuring machines are properly maintained, calibrated, and protected to operate.
Training &
Mentorship:

Guide welding staff on best practices, correct techniques, and recent industry standards.
Documentation &
Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of work progress, quality logs, and welding procedure specifications (WPS).
Department Coordination: Interface smoothly with project managers, engineers, and the quality assurance (QA) team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
