AWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Associate to support ERP and transformation delivery within globally distributed teams. You should bring familiarity with ERP or a related transformation environment, such as business operations, finance or tax transformation, tax compliance, process improvement, or a similar delivery environment. You need to understand the goal behind the work, follow direction well, adapt when things change, and produce accurate, high-quality work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support ERP delivery on assigned projects and workstreams,



and help with the technology builds the team needs.
Follow direction carefully, and adapt constructively when priorities change.
Produce accurate, high-quality work with close attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members across time zones through clear communication and reliable follow-through.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Familiarity with ERP, business operations, finance or tax transformation, tax compliance, process improvement, or a similar delivery environment.
Foundational hands-on capability with technology and data tools, such as Power BI, Alteryx, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
A solid desire to learn and build current skills.
Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to your own development.
A commitment to client outcomes, even when the work gets hard.
Bachelor's degree.

NICE TO HAVE
Workflow automation or process-optimization experience.
Dashboard development and data-management experience.
SharePoint customization experience.
