Wellness Chef to join the team on an urgent basis . We are looking for someone who understands that wellness food is not just about taste, but about nutrition, ingredients, therapeutic requirements, presentation, and consistency . About the Role The Wellness Chef will be responsible for preparing healthy, sattvik, nutritious, and customized meals aligned with the wellness programs and dietary requirements prescribed by the medical and nutrition teams. Key Responsibilities
Prepare nutritious, sattvik, and wellness-focused meals
Follow diet plans and meal guidelines prescribed by doctors/nutritionists
Work with

millets, gluten-free ingredients, dairy-free alternatives, seasonal produce, and wholesome natural ingredients
Prepare meals suitable for different health and wellness requirements
Maintain consistency in taste, nutrition, portioning, hygiene, and presentation
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Develop healthy and creative recipes while maintaining therapeutic dietary principles
Coordinate with the medical, nutrition,



and operations teams regarding guest dietary requirements
Manage kitchen processes, ingredients, wastage, and food quality
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, discipline, and qualified kitchen practices Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a

Wellness Chef / Health Chef / Nutrition-focused Chef preferred
Experience in wellness retreats, hospitals, healthcare, luxury hospitality, or similar environments will be an advantage
Good understanding of

healthy cooking, sattvik cuisine, therapeutic diets, and nutrition-focused food preparation
Knowledge of gluten-free, dairy-free, millet-based, low-sugar, and other specialized diets
Creative approach to healthy and appealing food presentation
Solid hygiene and food-safety awareness
Ability to work closely with doctors and nutrition professionals
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Willing to work at the
