Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and connectivity-related issues.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
Perform network cable crimping, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, Wi-Fi devices, network equipment, and IT peripherals.
Perform data backup and restoration activities as required.
Install and configure Windows OS, applications, network devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity for end users.
Troubleshoot DNS and DHCP-related issues and ensure proper network connectivity.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
Maintain records of incidents, assets, installations, and troubleshooting activities.
Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 team wherever required.
Follow standard IT support procedures and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting and technical support.
Valuable knowledge of Networking fundamentals.




Hands-on experience with DNS & DHCP.
Strong understanding of Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting/configuration.
Experience in LAN cabling and cable crimping.
Hands-on experience with printer installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of data backup and restoration.
Valuable understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and basic network security.
Experience in hardware, Windows OS, software installation, and configuration.

Candidate Profile
2–3 years of relevant experience in Technical Support / Desktop Support / Network Support.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent hands-on technical skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to provide on-site support across Pune and Mumbai.
CCNA / CompTIA / other relevant networking certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
