Tour Consultant – Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, travel dates, and expectations.
Design customized tour itineraries covering destinations, sightseeing, hotels, transportation, meals, activities, and special experiences.
Prepare accurate quotations, costing, proposals, and itineraries based on client requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, guides, airlines, restaurants, and other local suppliers to obtain rates and confirm services.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and value-added services.
Make hotel, transportation, sightseeing, restaurant, and activity reservations.
Prepare final itineraries, vouchers, confirmations, rooming lists,



and other operational documents.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, amendments, and cancellations.
Communicate with clients and agents before and during the tour to resolve queries and ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle last-minute changes, emergencies, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Maintain robust relationships with hotels, suppliers, and travel-agent partners.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
