Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally. Generate leads and identify potential customers. Follow up with customers through calls and messages. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets. Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales or appointments. Maintain a polite, skilled, and positive attitude during customer interactions.
