nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with solid expertise in Java technologies and cloud migration programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large-scale application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise migration initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

nKey Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end cloud migration and application modernization programs.

Manage enterprise Java application migration to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Coordinate with architects, developers, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Drive program planning,



delivery tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
n
Define migration strategies including rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, and modernization.
n
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
n
Monitor project progress, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization.
n
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery across multiple teams.
n
Work closely with leadership teams to provide status updates, dashboards, and escalation management.
n
Support presales, solution discussions, and client presentations when required.
