:
Perform Current Owner Search (COS) and Full Owner Search (FOS) for US properties.
Research county public records and title search platforms to establish property ownership and chain of title.
Review deeds, mortgages, assignments, liens, judgments, taxes, easements and legal descriptions.
Identify ownership transfers, open mortgages, encumbrances and potential title issues.
Prepare accurate title search reports within defined TAT and quality standards.
Handle searches across multiple US states/counties.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in US Mortgage Title Search – COS/FOS.
Valuable knowledge of US real estate/title terminology and county records.
Experience with tools such as DataTrace, DataTree, TitlePoint, NETR Online or similar platforms is preferred.
Valuable analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to work US shifts.
Preferred: Immediate joiners / short notice candidates.
