We’re Hiring: Content Strategist – Reels & Personal Branding

We’re looking for a proven short-form content strategist who has created 1M+ organic views for clients.

This is not a typical social media or content writing role.

We want someone who knows how to turn an idea into a Reel that makes people stop, watch, share and follow.

What you’ll do

- Create high-performing Reel concepts for our clients
- Develop scroll-stopping hooks and scripts
- Build personal-brand content for doctors, founders, CEOs & experts
- Identify trends, formats and storytelling angles worth adapting
- Work with our creative, production and editing teams
- Analyse performance and continuously improve content
- Build repeatable content formats that can scale

You MUST have✅ Proven experience creating 1M+ organic-view content for clients

✅ Strong understanding of hooks, retention, storytelling & shareability





✅ Experience with Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts

✅ Ability to turn complex subjects into straightforward, engaging content

✅ A portfolio with actual performance numbers

Compensation₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

Higher compensation can be considered for candidates with an exceptional, verifiable track record.
