Derivate X is an SEO/GEO agency for B2B SaaS. We run multi-client retainers across strategy, content, off-page, and reporting; mostly async over Slack, Notion, and Asana.

The role

You’ll write and ship client-facing content that ranks and gets cited: blog posts, guest posts, landing/GEO pages, and related assets, with high ownership and clean turnaround. You work with SEO on briefs/keywords and with delivery on deadlines; you don’t invent strategy from scratch.

What you’ll own

- Write and revise SEO/GEO content for assigned B2B SaaS clients (blogs, GPs, pages, linked assets, etc)
- Turn briefs into explicit, structured drafts that match client voice and our quality bar
- Use AI as a force multiplier; never as a paste-and-ship substitute; you own the final draft
- Hit deadlines in Asana; keep versions, feedback, and status clear in Notion/Slack
- Iterate fast from SEO/editor/client notes (days, not weeks)
- Maintain style consistency across a client’s content set

You won’t own

- SEO strategy/keyword strategy
- Client relationship/reporting




- Pure off-page / link outreach

Must-haves

- Strong written English, brief, structured, no roaming around the bushes
- Portfolio of SEO or B2B content (links or samples); show you can explain a hairy concept cleanly
- Comfortable using AI tools and rewriting hard so the output isn’t generic
- Async-first: Slack + Notion + Asana; minimal meetings
- Reliable on deadlines across multiple pieces/clients

Nice-to-haves

- SaaS / DevTools / B2B writing experience
- SEO or GEO / AI-search awareness (entities, structure, cite-worthy clarity)
- Agency or multi-client experience
