Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end validation activities for Connected Car and Telematics programs.
- Define validation strategy, scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for connected vehicle features.
- Manage validation of TCU, cloud services, mobile applications, backend platforms, and vehicle integrations.
- Coordinate functional, integration, system, regression, OTA, and vehicle-level testing activities.
- Lead validation of connectivity features such as eCall, bCall, remote vehicle control, remote diagnostics, geofencing, vehicle tracking, and subscription services.
- Review customer requirements and develop validation plans, test specifications, and test cases.
- Ensure complete requirements-to-test traceability and validation coverage.
- Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking with development teams.
- Track validation KPIs, test execution progress, defect metrics, and quality targets.
- Coordinate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, cloud teams, mobile app teams, and backend development teams.
- Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE, Cybersecurity, Functional Safety, and OEM quality processes.
- Review and approve test reports, validation summaries, and release recommendations.
- Manage project risks, issues, resource planning,



and escalation activities.
- Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support field trials, customer acceptance testing, and production launch activities.
- Mentor validation engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Support customer audits, program reviews, and quality assessments.
