Location: Wadala (E), Mumbai, India Employment Type: Full-time Annual CTC: ₹10–15 LPA Department: Research & Development About the Role Join our multidisciplinary R&D; team developing advanced UAV, composite structural and ballistic protection systems for commercial and defence applications. We are looking for an engineer who can contribute across composite design, CAD modelling, structural FEA, prototype development and validation, taking products from concept through manufacturing and testing.

Key Responsibilities • Develop 3D CAD models for UAVs and lightweight composite structures, including fuselage, wings, empennage, structural joints and payload interfaces.

- Develop composite laminates considering strength, stiffness, weight and manufacturability.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Perform structural FEA, including static,



deformation, buckling, modal and composite analysis.
- Translate analysis results into practical design improvements and weight optimisation.
- Support landing, drop and local impact assessments.
- Support prototype development, structural testing and correlation of simulation results with physical tests.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles to develop production-ready designs.
- Collaborate with teams across aerodynamics, avionics, manufacturing and testing.

Candidate

Profile • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Composite or Structural Engineering.

- 2–5 years of relevant skilled experience in UAVs
