We are looking for a Computer Hardware & IT Support Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of computers, software, networks, and related IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware issues.
- Assemble, upgrade, repair, and maintain computer systems, including RAM, SSD/HDD, power supplies, motherboards, and other components.
- Install and configure Windows, drivers, applications, antivirus, and other business software.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, driver, and software-related problems.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points, and internet connectivity.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, connectivity, and sharing issues.
- Configure printers, scanners, shared folders, network drives, and other office peripherals.
- Set up new computers and migrate/backup user data when required.
- Troubleshoot email, browser, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used business applications.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers/users.




- Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks of computer systems.
- Identify faulty hardware and recommend appropriate repair, replacement, or upgrade.
- Maintain records of service calls, repairs, installations, and IT equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEM support teams for warranty and advanced technical issues when required.
- Follow proper data-security and backup practices while servicing customer systems.

Required Skills

Good working knowledge of computer hardware, Windows installation and troubleshooting, software installation, networking, Wi-Fi/LAN configuration, printers and peripherals is required.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be comfortable providing customer-facing technical support, and be capable of independently diagnosing common hardware, software, and networking problems.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT or relevant hardware/networking certification preferred.

Experience: Fresher with strong practical knowledge or 1–3+ years of relevant experience.
