Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Communication & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with both grownup students and younger kids. The professional will conduct interactive online sessions, workshops, and coaching programs focused on public speaking, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Day-to-day tasks include designing age-appropriate lesson plans, preparing engaging learning materials, delivering live sessions, and providing constructive feedback to learners.

The role involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum content, tracking learner progress, and adjusting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.



Working hours are flexible, and the skilled is expected to maintain high standards of learner engagement and online classroom management.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Internal Communications skills to engage diverse age groups and manage learner interactions effectively.
- Ability to create and refine Press Releases and support Strategic Communications for program promotions and institutional messaging.
- Excellent Writing skills for developing lesson content, activity scripts, and clear learner feedback.
- Experience in public speaking, speech coaching, or presentation training for children and adult learners.
- Background in education, communication, language training, or related fields; formal teaching or facilitation experience is an advantage.
- Comfort with online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and digital learning resources.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing flexible schedules, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and continuous professional development.
